"The property has been maintained impeccably despite being almost 40 years old. The room was very comfortable, roomy and had great air conditioning. Terrace was delightful and kept cool despite 90 degree weather. Very well designed. Room was a bit dark and could benefit from installing some built-in spotlights for those who need more light. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Housekeeping did a nice job cleaning but was inconsistent in leaving basic amenities and sufficient towels....

"I was displaced from my own home due to repairs in it and I found that the Hampton Inn—Coconut Grove was a home away from home. Offering free breakfast was incredibly convenient. My only complain is that parking is not included for free. The hotel should consider including it in the price of the rooms."

"Loved the hotel, staff was excellent! Had a great stay, room was awesome. The only thing i didnt like was the valet service as we were late getting somewhere as we had to wait for our car. Inconvenience for us. Would loved to have just parked our own car. And was told the valet was included , but they still charged us"
