"I had the best time here! I would definitely stay here again. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with a nice pool and a cute room. The shower has great water pressure and heat too. The beach is a few mins walk. There’s 2 coffee shop cafes on the block. Plus a grocery mart and restaurant and bus stop, all right there. And everything else is up and down the main street the hotel is on. You’re right in the middle of everything, for a great price. You can’t beat it! I highly...

"The check-in was good and quick.loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were in the room. The view from 15th floor was awesome. The beach access was awesome. Everything was clean. Had trouble with TV but they quickly came and fixed it. The beds were UNCOMFORTABLE. "

"Hotel and room were nice…. Lady at check in was very rude, we needed more towels and were told a different company does laundry and gave us a number to call. 3 days later we got clean towels. Valet parking only and they are very rude as well. I can say it was very affordable, great view of the ocean and right on the main strip close to everything "

"The staff were all very kind and helpful. Bowo who cleaned our room was amazing and Staff dinning room and windjammer we amazing. The food was delicious and they accommodated my gluten intolerance with amazing gluten-free food. It would have been easier if there was a list of gluten free breads, English muffin or pancakes some where."

"Solo trip so wasn't being overly picky. Terrace Room looked just like pictures, except for the terrace. The cozy couch with cushions and drapes, as seen in pictures, doesn't exist. You get a couple wooden chairs with small table and a couple dingy loungers. No sun shade. No privacy on the patio whatsoever, including from the neighboring rooms. Room was fairly quiet. Valet was terrible. $40/day and parked it 4 blocks away, took up to 20 minutes to bring it. Extra miles on the car as well. Staff...
