Love the girls who work there so sweet and joyful, with the exception of that black lady who was really rude for no reason, even after I waited for a while since I didn’t want to Interrupt the game she was watching because it’s okay but having an attitude is not necessary even if she didn’t like me. But overall it’s a great place to stay at! Definitely recommend it :)"

"The pool being closed was very bad for us since we booked just for the pool and finding out after the booking was done was wrong but everything else was amazing "

"The view from the balcony room was our favorite part! However the downsides were that the air conditioner didn’t work and there was food left over in the microwave from the previous guest. The water pressure in the shower was also really low. The bed was really comfy and they were really good on communication. "

We had all the amenities we needed and it was a 2 min walk from ocean drive with plenty of shops and restaurants around! "The room we stayed in 533 was good and clean enough. The bathroom faucet was broken down and hard to turn on and off. And the water doesn't drain properly. Any communication would not be answered during our stay so if you need anything, make sure to communicate that and confirm before hand. Other than that, the room was like the provided pictures, with a fridge and small kitchen area. It was also quiet and did not smell like weeds per some other comments. "The check in process was easy, friendly front desk / valet parking staff. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous, clean and fully equipped. The building and common areas were in very good shape. I definitely recommend this place. The Miami Vacations staff were also very professional. 10 out of 10 I'll book again soon. "
