"The hotel itself is nice. The room I got was spacious and is near a lot of walkable spots for shopping, eating, and activities. However it being Los Angeles there is a lot of homeless and that also brings a lot of foul odors and a bit of some no safe areas to walk. Your drive to the hotel will be shocking if you haven’t been to this city recently or never. There is a lot! This hotel has cameras all around it. Its biggest downside is parking. "7 Springs has been my favorite place to stay, when in Palm Springs, for almost 2 decades! The property, including rooms and grounds are well kept, and provide a ‘sanctuary feel’. Check in is easy, the front desk staff is friendly, and work diligently to make sure you enjoy your stay! "

"Checkin was great. Property was beautiful and it was hot. The room were perfect. Lots of space. Loved the full sized kitchen(including a dishwasher), which was stocked with plates, bowls, cutlery and other utensils, pans, pots, coffee machine with coffee and filters. They even provided a small bottle of dish soap & pods for the dishwasher. The king bed was very comfy. The only real complaint is the pull out sofa mattress could be better. We enjoyed our time at this hotel/resort. "

Free dvds to rent if you wanna hunker down an chill .the pool looked really clean . The hot tub was really clean as well . "

"I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in an ocean front view room. Pros: -location -views -cleanliness -has netflix (living room area only) -basic kitchen tools for cooking/eating. -rooftop patio (very nice to hang out, watch the sunset and do bbq). Cons: -no A/C, so summer time you might not enjoy it. Although it has a ceiling fan in the bedroom, mine was a little noisy. -not soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the suite above and the noise outside the building. -if you like hot showers like...
