"I missed my connection flight, but I was lucky to find this hotel to spend the night. I called many hotels around Atlanta airport but this was the only one offering a 24/7 shuttle service to and from the airport (the other ones would stop at 11:30 pm and return at 5 am) and I arrived at the airport after midnight. "Front desk was pleasant but there were some issues in the room. The pillows are the size of throw cushions. Stains on the sheets and a dirty bath mat. "

"The staff was very nice although they have their policies other guest were extremely rude and they stayed professional. I wouldn’t mind staying again but the renovations would have to be completely finished. Hot as hell in the lobby and you can’t check in til 3pm although online says 11am"
