Except IKEA aesthetics on a budget. The husband from room service was nice the wife not at all. Lobby staff was great. Sleep level wasn’t good due to outside noise…loud talking, arguing and hearing someone walking the sidewalk in front of my room 1-3am and the loud music from cars driving past. However, if that’s what someone who is visiting Atlanta from another state wants, Dayslnn is your place!

The staff was great - patient, helpful, unintrusive. The room was decently clean except the remote for the TV - it had visible grime that I had to scrub to remove with an antibacterial wipe. This Days Inn is a MOTEL, not a hotel like most Days Inns. It is a very convenient drive to the GICC. It is also very close to an airport, so if noise bothers you, this might not be for you. AC worked well. The breakfast literally consisted of coffee (most important breakfast item in the U.S.) and individually wrapped muffins - the end.

First off the room we were assigned to was not clean and looked like someone had laid on the bed. I called a the staffed was very helpful and changed our room right away! He even walked me down to the next room so we both could check it out! We were late for breakfast and all the creamer and sugar was put away for coffee, staff made sure we had sugar and creamer. I was they would have had waffles through, I might not of been late for breakfast! Lol

First room we were given, the door did not lock properly. Next room, the bathroom had not been cleaned, dirty towels everywhere. The final room, the toilet seat was broken and the sink was cracked. This facility is well past its prime. While the location is very convenient to the airport, the lack of good sound insulation meant every takeoff was extremely loud, making sleep difficult.

The initial agent the night of check in was very helping and AMAZING. The gentleman for check out was AMAZING, then as I was waiting for transportation a few hours after check out grateful to the front desk gentleman and a lady comes in and asking questions and looking rude , then it was brought to my attention that I needed to leave and or sit in the breakfast area. Long story short, the end was very disheartening because you don’t know what people situation is and I had my ESA/PSD with me to add injury to insult. Terrible

Commends, the location to the convention center was good. The staff were not rude. However, it is literal roach motel. I requested a none smoking room. The room smelt of smoke. I complained. I was told the hotel was booked out because of a convention. I checked other hotels snd they were booked out too. I went out and purchased sheets for the bed, towels and flip flops for the shower. The white bath towels were not just dinghy from long term use but simply dirty not being washed properly. Do not stay there. It appears to be a “long term half way house “ equipped with persons on parole. Everyday someone was outside their unit smoking. Btw, the workers appeared tired and looked like forced laborers who certainly did not clean properly. Definitely a zero star motel. I did not try the breakfast for fear of salmonella, I must say that the staff were pleasant. There was no rude behavior. The location of the motel to the convention center was great.

The room was ready(bed laid, towels provided, dusted down) but was not clean, it also had a strong smell of bleach. The bathroom is old and needs to be remodeled, the paint on the door of the main room had peeled halfway through. The usb sockets did not work, the tv was not smart. The part that I thoroughly disliked was the noise from the airplane - so loud it would wake me and my daughter up, had to eventually use noise cancellation earplugs. I understand that this booking is not as expensive, but even for that price, we deserved at least a clean and nice smelling room, working socket, and smart tv. Finally, if you looking for a hotel with affordable early check in fee, this one is not it. I paid $40 as early check in fee. This is my third time at a dayinn, although my first time at this branch, I have not had this problem before, I booked based on my past experience, but going forward, I will trust the reviews before booking again if I ever do.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable and AC was cold. Other than that, the property is run down. Moldy ceiling, floors very dirty - don’t even think of walking around room without shoes. Microwave was nonstop - had to disconnect it to get it to stop. Shower spigot fell off, had to push it back in. Door lock top slider was broken. Room was not cleaned during our 3 nt stay. It’s next to the airport so you can hear the airplanes very very close, super loud.
