"Excellent service!! Great Location!! I booked this hotel for my parents, very close to US Consulate(like 5 mins walk), there’re plenty of restaurants, shopping centers nearby. Also very easy transport from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. You may take metro instead of taxi. Super convenient. Their staffs are very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend! "

"HORRIBLE!! Please note this is not a hotel or service apartment. This is basically a unit in local apartment complex. The room is not clean, the quality of bed is low, the air condition was not cool all night and we only can contact the check-in person who I think live in the same apartment but another floor. bathroom is the worst, with the rotten wallpaper on the floor. Not a nice stay, not a hotel as the name mentioned. And beware real room picture doesnt match the picture on the website at...

"i use this hotel , over a period of many years. Location to central area good, for food , metro & tourism. Bed mattress & pillows have been updated, in my room 1#01. Laundry facilites have been removed , in last 3~4 wks & update is unknown, atm. Even though property interior feels “dated”, staff are friendly enough. Mandarin & Cantonese is used. English = unknown. I would use this hotel again , in future."

Positives: stunning views from the room, very quiet, large room, comfortable bed, nice grounds overall, pool and beautifully designed hot springs that Hilton guests can use. Negatives: run down facilities (that's nothing to do with the closed ones due to regulations, I get that), rubbish laying around the grounds with some hazardous spots,hardly any Western options for...

"Had an amazing experience staying here for 2 nights last weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and even offered to upgrade my room for free. The hotel is in the center of the city and easy to get to pretty much everywhere. The room is extremely clean and comfy, I’d highly recommend this place if you ever plan to visit Shenzhen. "
