"Very nice property. They are actually condos which I didn’t realize when I booked so my traveling companion and I could have stayed in one condo instead of two. They use a wristband to unlock the condo and access the pool which is a really great idea instead of fussing with card keys. Grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations within driving distance. "Paniolo Greens is always a fun place to stay. Close enough to Waikoloa shoreline but not the price. I love the spacious rooms and condo. It does need a update but I enjoy staying at Paniolo greens every time I do. "

"Was really happy with this property. Very quiet when we were there. Our unit was really close to the pool and a bit of a walk to the beach, but they do offer golf carts to take you to the beach if you want. Shopping/restaurants were easily walkable for us either beachside or the road. Would definitely stay here again. "
