"We had an amazing stay. The property was in a great location. The area around was safe. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. The staff was truly amazing. Our check in with Diamel was wonderful and every time we ran into him it was a wonderful experience. The concierge Anna went out of her way to walk us down to the metro and show us where to go. Overall this was a very wonderful stay and I would absolutely do it again."

"The staff on the cocktail lounge seem indifferent to guests . You can enter sit down and no one waits on you, and you have to go to the bar to place your order. The staff seems to spend an inordinate amount of time chatting amongst themselves and ignoring customers. I spent 21 years running a hotel in the US and always trained my staff to focus on guests first. I stay at the Ibis because of its convenience to the airport. I travela lot and Paris is often my first stop on my European excursions. Not sure I will choose the Ibis again. Timothy Dunn"

"We stayed in a two bedroom for. Larger group. There is no AC but the weather was nice so we opened the window. There were also fans in the rooms. It was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. The pool was awesome and the proximity to Disney was perfect. "
