Staff was friendly towards non-French speaking guests. Every person I encountered was polite and helpful. Building has a mix of students, tourists and older tenants (with pets). Overall clean and good value. Close to shopping and transit.

This hotel has poor service, our hotel wasn’t stocked with hand soap and we only had 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and were told if we needed anymore products than what was provided we were being charged extra. The hotel room was dirty, very unclean and felt grungy. The floors were dirty, the walls were dirty and had stains of some sort all over the walls. It was a very disappointing hotel room. It was in a quiet neighborhood that had the essentials, and a 20 minute walk to the metro which was a perk. I recommend searching for something better if you can.

The staff (Francisca and the the gentleman who's name starts with an A were very helpful and pleasant. Really enjoyed speaking with them. Very nice room.only concern was the cost todo your laundry found it very expensive.

Highly recommend this place

My Wife and I went for a day in Paris to celebrate Valentine’s and we had a great stay at Odalys. Spacious room, clean, comfortable with an excellent reception always ready to respond. With a nice breakfast. There’s a train station only few steps away Also not far from arch de triumph and downtown.

Very polite stuff and Lindt sweets at the reception desk :) The room was bigger than an average one in Paris. Everything was clean. Easy to get to the centre using public transportation. Safe area around the hotel. Good groceries nearby.

Had to change the room for there were holes in the window construction through which cold air blew into the room adding to the coldness inside. It is generally cold in the property as it totally relies on central heating which was not switched on in the city yet. The second room I was placed in was warmer and nicer - many thanks to the ladies at the front desk. They were very helpful and extremely polite and friendly. They tried to fix the problem with the wi-fi which was fixed eventually - many thanks for this as well. However, these things should be properly managed by the property managers without waiting until guests report the problems. With such an approach I wonder how the whole business hadn't turned into a wreck. Finally, the city tax is enormously and disproportionately high - this does not refer to Odalys Levallois property. This is the issue the city of Paris should definitely re-consider. Can we as the city guests at least get central heating when it is cold outside as part of this tax?

Uncomfortable bed, they don’t give you new towels unless you pay a fee - which isn’t specified on Expedia. The hotel reception staff are not friendly, and one member of staff wanted to enter while I was there in the room to change a leaflet, intrusive when I said why and can’t they do it when I check out

okay hotel for few nights stay

the room was small but clean. it has a very small bathroom, and food was expensive in the surrounding neighborhood compare to the heart of the city. breakfast at the hotel was a bit pricey for what you get. it was two train stops away from saint lazarre, where you can take pretty much anything to go in and around the heart of paris.

Perfect little place.

Great location. Quiet and clean. Comfortable beds. Room safe was broken and TV not connected to WIFI but I didn't need those items. The gentleman at the front desk when above and beyond to get me a taxi to the airport when the city transportation was suddenly on strike.

Refurbished college campus

This is some refurbished college campus building. Lacks every kind of style or facility. Rooms were weird little dorms. Wouldn’t recommend.
