The lovely room and bathroom were unfortunately spoilt by the heavily cracked glass table, cracked basin and toilet roll holder hanging off the wall.
Our first morning, whilst my husband was showering the bathroom flooded into the bedroom. Fortunately I was in the room, grabbed towels to stem the flow. Needed more towels, quickly dressed to go to reception for help (no phone in room), en route to lift found a towel cupboard. The shower cubicle was flushed with the bathroom floor therefore the water seeped beneath the shower door. Reception said they’d look at the problem but the only solution was to leave us with a stack of towels so each day we placed a towel defense by the shower door. If alone this wouldn’t have been possible. We did not receive an apology. Otherwise this would have been a delightful hotel. Great position. If the flooding problem is sorted we would recommend this hotel.
