"Overall this hotel was nice and would most likely stay there again. One staff member working the desk late at night was very rude but the rest of the staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. The area around the hotel had a high number of homeless people, but that seemed to be an issue around all uptown Charlotte not just at the hotel. "

"My fiance, 2 year old son, and I booked an oceanfront room for 2 days. We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Clean room, friendly staff, quiet, clean pool, and a decent breakfast buffet as well. The only negative was how expensive the tiki bar/restaurant is but didn’t affect our stay. We’ll be booking ramada for future vacations! "
