Charleston is a friendly and polite city and everyone we encountered at the hotel was very professional but also warm and friendly. True Charleston hospitality. "This was a great hotel. It's right on the beach. The Palmetto Dunes Pickleball and Tennis facility is within a 10 minute walk. The Palmetto Dunes walking / biking path is right accross the street from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants, places to shop, and activities within a 10 minute drive. "

"So chill here. Beautiful beach to walk on. Rented umbrella and titanic chairs....perfect and comfortable for the beach day! Friday morning was YOGA ON THE BEACH AT 8AM....thank you for the great experience....signing out and back to California...."

"The amenities in the hotel were good. The room we booked was overall okay. Our main issue was the bathroom as the doors were very hard to close, there was no fan and the shower had a partial glass side so if you moved it accidentally water would get all over the floor."

"The toilet didn’t really want to flush I had to put my hand in the water part many times to get it to work. When I walked in the room smelled terrible I had to buy things to make it smell good. The refrigerator sounds very bad and the white people called us N but other that the water park was fun for me and my kids"
