"The hotel is lovely with a small gym. The major problem is the parking. The hotel seems to provide more access than spaces. this meant that on a few occasions and both nights there was no parking. We were able to find street parking during the day, but at night there is a problem. In the end the person on duty stack parked the car and we had to leave our key with them."

"Convenient location. Spacious. A bit tired and worn but functional and location made it a winner for our family of 5. "

"Perfect place to be in preparation for an early flight or a late arrival or in my case both! Key easy to get from a box. Instructions clearly provided and easy to follow for a very late arrival on little sleep. Room perfect for a night. Kitchen ready for use if that is your choice. 10-15minute Uber to the airport for around $25. Don’t both with taxis from the airport, they want the 70 buck fee to the city and will waste your time."

"Excellent property, no issue with elevators as mentioned in some of the posts. We never waited for more than 5 minutes and we were on top floor. Gorgeous views from penthouse "

"Needs updating in some areas although having stayed several times we can see improvements. Barest provisions so take milk, snacks, wine etc for yourself. Could be slightly more generous with towels too. Shower lovely! Be aware rooms have a step up to the bathroom area. Bed very clean and comfortable , lovely blanket provided on beds much appreciated last night with the cold weather. "

"Good property to stay at. Everything around the area is great, but they need to work on their cleanliness. Wasn’t really happy with the hygiene level of the room. The bathroom was dirty seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly. "

"Conveniently located, only a short walk to Southern Cross station and there is a tram stop right at the front doors. The apartment was well equipped, with a washer and dryer and fully equipped kitchen, great for if you don’t want to eat out and are staying a while and need to do laundry. Only down side was the bed was quite uncomfortable, pillows were thin feather style and an older spring mattress that was quite firm. Otherwise we would definitely stay here again when visiting Melbourne."
