You wait on yourself, the coffee is in paper cups unless you ask for a mug, little flexibility (you can’t have 1 egg), etc. The order is brought to you & the food is good, but for the price you pay to stay there, a customer friendly service is expected. 2) at checkout the computer system was down. "

"Convenient location (10 min walking) to Gaslamp Quarter. Super comfortable stay. The beds in South Tower were lovely. Large fitness center with spacious pools. Not a fan of the daily parking or “benefits” fees, but they were expected. The “city sounds” (sirens, trolley) were on the kind of loud side for us at night but that’s not a comment on the Marriott just an fyi if you have a city view room. Staff were all very courteous and friendly. We would definitely go back. "

"Great proximity to Petco, surprisingly great room and view and many great restaurants and amenities nearby. Parking sucks and the hotel doesn’t validate, but the 2 night parking cost was only 12 bucks, so not bad. Room service was pretty good as well. "
