"The service from the staff was excellent. I have stayed here a few times now when I’m in Seoul. It is very conveniently located in Gangnam area and easy access to 2 subway station and the City Airport Bus terminal inside the Coex mall. Hotel is also family friendly with offerings for the little ones in the hotel. My only disappointment in the hotel could use a renovation. It feels a little outdated "

"Impeccable service, nicely designed hotel, great breakfast. Only issue is that there are constructions by the road which may be beard in the room, but they do provide earplugs if it is a bother to you. Great stay, highly recommneded."

"I stayed one night in a 3 bunk bed room with 5 other people. The room was clean and bedding was good, but mattress felt as solid as if you were sleeping on the floor. I really liked a living room for its home-like setting with lots of interesting books on shelf and classic tv-couch setting. They provide you a towel and a breakfast, cream cheese bagle and morning coffee. I liked that they had an individual locker where I can stuff my belongings. Overall feels pretty much like home and better...

Overall my stay here was very warm and comfortable and I'd definitely recommend to others interested in relaxing near Gangnam or even looking to travel to other areas of Seoul."

"So they have a bathtub in the room. That could be a jacuzzi. It’s massive and takes about 6 hours to fill up because the water presser is so slow/soft. I’m not exaggerating about the 6 hours. Also the plug for the tub does not fit properly so the water runs out as you put it in. The room is very small. They have a self check in machine which is convenient. If you don’t know Seoul it’s not that easy to find. But closest to exit 8 of Yeoksam station on the green line. Then there are a few turns...
