"Very nice hotel. Lots of other hotels and restaurants nearby if you don't like the restaurants in hotel although what I had was good. They have singing but I'm they stop at a good time to allow you to sleep. Zero issues . Clean and comfortable and apparently a famous hotel as people know it when I told I stayed there. I biked here while I was biking around Jeju Island. Good stopping point before finishing the rest of the island."

One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. "My second stay. The only issue is that they need more outlets to make charging more easy. But it is minor issue. I recommend ocean view room. It is right on the Jeju bike trail if you want to circle the island. Very convenient and close to ferry. My feeling is hotel child use light remodel but certainly I was comfortable and room was clean. There is great sashimi in the buffet."

"In Jeju city very close to airport. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were not very friendly (no smile or even acknowledgement from reception staff), and also could not speak English. Breakfast buffet provided but nearly all Korean with little vegetarian options apart from the bread."
