"We were picked up by Brandon in the Basaga Shuttle Bus. Brandon immediately was very friendly. We did our thing around Kuching but then decided to book a tour with Brandon, best thing we did. "Close neighbouring area aren't attractive at all but it is very close to Masjid Kuching. very convenient for muslims. Kuching Waterfront and a shopping mall are at walking distance. Room was comfortable enough for stay with fox movie channel to entertain you. breakfast variety not that much but they tasted good. enjoyed my breakfast. the only thing that dissapointed me was poor wifi signal inside the room."

"It was a return visit to this hotel. They have changed the restaurant, finished much of the building and continue to staff very nice people. We did have issues with our refrigerator and television not functioning properly and they were up there within 20 minutes with someone to address both. The TV wasn't resolved and they offered to have us switch to another room, but we were leaving in another day, so it didn't seem to be worth the bother."
