We booked this hotel for the pool, which was closed when we arrived. It was not their fault, but had I known we wouldnt be able to use the pool, I would have booked a much nicer room elsewhere. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there were crumbs and hairs on the mattress; it was beyond gross! We had booked for four guests, so they knew we would use the sofa bed and should have checked it for cleanliness. Upholstered chair near couch had nasty stains - it looked like there had been no attempt to remove them/clean up the spills. The shower got super hot after a few minutes and no matter how much I turned it down, the temperature wouldnt decrease. I have a moderate sunburn and had to suffer through it to rinse off. I can appreciate a good hot shower, but this was scorching! It hurt to dry off and get dressed afterward because my sunburn was so raw!

This property is very old needs to update. AC was not working in our room. Had to get another room took about two hours to do that on the last day I was there. Our bathrooms did not flush and yellow water was coming out and we couldn’t even brush our teeth with that water, the staff is very rude, especially the lifeguards. There was one by the name of Mia that took it upon herself to look through my bags and take a credit card out of my bag and asked about the situation got upset and was very rude. I spoke to management and explain the situation they said they would get back to me and till this day I have not heard from them , they don’t care about people. They only care about money. They didn’t even offer an incentive or anything. I will definitely never stay here again

When we asked if they could clean the bathroom because one of the kids had an accident, it took them over 7 hours to come and clean it and didn't do a good job, it still smell like throw-up. That's when we found out that there is no housekeeping unless you stay over 4 days. Elevator was down and the wait was horrible. One of the employees mentioned that it has been down for 3 months. The resort didn't want to pay the fee to fix it. Ridiculous!
