"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...

"Hotel was actually average but it was right downtown Queens close to Citi Field. Currently being remodeled — service was great — Jerome (manager) gave us directions to Citi Field!! Room was exceptionally clean — hallways, elevator areas needed assistance but think they are currently remodeling!!"

Al lado hay un hotel llamado Ozone Inn, al parecer movieron la reserva para ese hotel, pero no informaron sobre ello. "Came in for a baseball game and it was perfectly located to walk to the game. It's also close to the subway, so we were able to easily travel into Manhattan for sight seeing. We also arrived almost an hour before scheduled check in and they let us check in and go to our room right away. "
