The hotel and staff are great. It isnt a luxury hotel, but it has tons of character. The only issues I had were the very tiny shower, lack of convenient outlets, and the few blocks surrounding the hotel were a little dirty/sketchy. Nothing that would stop me from returning. The check-in staff were fantastic and very helpful and the price was fantastic for the value.

Staff was generally friendly and answered my tourism questions to the best of their ability. Rooms and bathrooms were clean with no sign of roaches, and cleaned every day. Definitely would stay here again if I come back to LA!

Friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel’s location is not as close to major attractions as expected. Neighbourhood is not good. The rooms were clean but could use some updates.

Room was clean, safe and even though the rooms are dated, it gives that old hollywood feel. Michael at the desk was EXTRAORDINARY. He was helpful, chatty and very welcoming.

The property was great! We enjoyed our 2 day stay there. The place does have an old smell but it is historical. Other than that, everything was great and clean, staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious! Would come back again!

This place was great, they upgraded me to a nicer room when I got there, I did not pay for parking because there was a lot of free street parking on gramercy, vintage hotel with a lot of charm!
