"I love everything about this particular hotel. Only thing I could recommend is updated the carpet in the hallways. Some floors feel and smell like cheap Vegas hotels. Soiled carpet, carpet stretched out in the hallways. "

"We were on a short trip for my daughter to attend a screening at Warner Bros Studios in Burbank. We landed after midnight and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. I had originally planned to rent a car at the airport the next day but then saw there is a Hertz on site at the hotel! This made the morning a lot less hectic. Everything was so convenient and the hotel was so clean and comfy. Westin has the best linens! We even forgot our perfume and was able to buy some in the hotel...

"Was able to check in early thankfully as we arrived early to LA. Room has coffee maker and refrigerator which was nice even though just staying the night. Very close to the airport for convenience of next day fights"

"Customer service was awesome. They’re very nice and responsive! I needed to wash clothes and the laundry was out of service. They repaired it under 24 hrs and I was able to wash my jeans! (Baby puked on them) Pros: customer service, gated parking a street across for $10 a day. Bathroom super clean it’s a big plus for me. Bed super comfy and clean another plus. Food is good but not resort style. Coffee is delicious! Didn’t try the pool but looked clean. Cons; facility needs new sofas and seats....
