"Second time around. Arrived in the early hours of the morning. Room airconditioning turned on in advanced as requested and given a wonderful city view. Quick to respond to requests even the room services attendant with toiletries. Pool was amazing and great to be able to relax with the sauna. Would have appreciated a bigger gym space but it wasn’t that much of an issue. Staff like the last time was very hospitable."

"Most of the staff are very courteous and are accommodating even with limited resources. But I can never forget my first night in a very dingy room with a shower that only had 3 streams and pressure was not even that strong, clogged sink and little cockroaches are everywhere. I was just so tired to even care that night. They transferred me to a better room the following day but still below average standards (but more tolerable) and still with occasional cockroaches. I had no choice but stay...

"The property is nice and modern looking. Check-in was smooth. The room was tiny, twin bed with a shared bathroom as I expected. Television did not work and wifi was weak. Hot breakfast added to the value of the room. All the coffee and egg drop soup you want. I love hot soup in the morning. Free water dispenser on every floor. Excellent location within walking distance of Makati Medical Center, coffee shops, restaurants, malls, etc.. My only complaint was the itchy synthetic blanket. ...
