"We had a lovely stay,the bed was so comfortable ,an added coincidence was a painting in the room had my name in it ‘Kathleen’ and we were in room 1720 my birthday is on 17 August, also on opening the curtains in the morning the hot air balloons were floating past!! All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, my only small problem was no handle in the coffee cup,it was a bit hot to hold, if you keep your cups like that you might want to have some sleeves to slip the hot cup into!"

"As i frequent traveller , this apartment staff is just so professional and responsive. During my recent stay , i found out that dryer is not working . As that is a weekend , and they dun have a technician to get it fixed. So they pass me a enply room key just beside my room to get my laundry done up . And replaced the dryer ,the following monday. My big thanks and appreciation to Yuliana duty manager for all her effort."

"Great service, clean rooms, had late check-out at 12pm and free room upgrade without us asking. Shuttle arrived quickly after calling them from the airport, and the shuttle back to the airport was ready at our requested time. Not too far from some eateries and quite walkable to the shopping mall/supermarket if you do not have mobility issues."

"The Melbourne View is a good 4 star hotel . The Beds and linen are excellent. The shower head was great . Plunge pools sauna are not working at present and will take a lot of work to get back in running order so don't get your hopes up there to use them . "
