The room was spotless. The staff was very helpful. When I asked for a herbal tea, as someone from my party was unwell, it was given almost immediately. The only complaint that I have is that the cold water in the women's shower was not working.

Alright hotel, great location. The room was reasonable. Bathroom was a bit dirty. Milk wasn't provided after the first day for hot drinks. No WiFi in our room. The window was dirty so you couldn't see a clear view outside. The pool was disappointing, there's a nasty smell and no lounge chairs etc. The sauna was not hot and no towels provided. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, it's just a shame they've still got the COVID screens up which make it feel less welcoming! If you're just looking for somewhere central to stay and don't expect too much then it's a fine hotel.

Great central location close to Southern Cross Station and other amenities. Staff service and optional buffet breakfast were good. However, there was no view from our room (Level 18), and a LOT of light coming in at night from the frosted window that the blinds failed to block out. Also, the pool/pool area stank and could definitely use a clean. Overall, pretty good accommodation for the price.
