"This was our first time visiting NYC. We didn't really know where to begin, when it came to hotels. We decided to try for a place near Times Square. When we found this hotel online, we were immediately drawn to the modern, clean design. It's sometimes difficult to just book a place, without seeing it in person, and we have had bad experiences in the past, so my expectations were somewhat low, mostly to prepare myself in the event of disappointment. "Beautiful hotel in great location across from Central Park. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with nice amenities in the bathroom. The only little couple of things were that the wifi isn't great, it would be nice to see QTips and cotton swabs in the bathroom and of course a coffee/Nespresso machine for the room. I get that they want people to pay for coffee downstairs but for almost $800 a night that begins to feel very nickely-dimey of them. Overall an excellent place to stay "

"Smooth check in and out. Bottles of water provided at front desk upon check in. Staff made me feel welcome. Great view from my room. Room is spacious, so as bathroom and closet. So clean! Only one restaurant which is Ok. Small cafe was already closed by the time our time spend in hotel. Eating Choice inside hotel is limited but many other choices around the hotel. Less then 10mins walk from Grand Central, which is an easy transport from JFK by LIRR and AirTran. I will stay here again. "
