"Inside: The property is very nice inside with a full 'fridge, a two burner stove, a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom and bed area are very nice with nice lighting (motion activated lights in some places). The sofa is a little awkward, both in placement and size (it is a very shallow couch, not really lounge-worthy). But the couch is the only complaint I have about the room. Outside: The property is in a developing area, so there is a lot of construction. However, there are also a lot of new hotels, condos, etc. in the area. There is a nice park right behind the property, and a venue with lots of dining options about a block over. There are other bars and grills within walking distance and a city train stop very close. This is a great location to explore a bit of Charlotte. Parking: There is a valet for parking, but I didn't know that and parked in a lot on the side of the property. At the time of this posting, it was $14 for 10 hours."

"Such an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are so kind and helpful. The location is right in downtown. It is hard to say something negative but more of heads up to anyone traveling with babies or littles- there are no fridges in the room so if you need milk storage bring lots of cool bags. Front desk offered to store but need quick access to it throughout day and night. Hotel itself was amazing!! "
