I originally booked a property that was showing it had a pool and jacuzzi in the backyard according to original post on Expedia and when I arrived to the resort they told me I paid the most basic price and didn’t get a home with pool or jacuzzi I talked to the manager and she said there all booked and couldn’t do anything but offer a $200 resort credit for the inconvenience. We were supper upset because it was the whole plan for us coming from Texas to come to a home with a pool for our daughter’s birthday as a family of 7. It definitely ruined our plans and we had to completely Change everything and figure out a whole new plan. Call before you book they advertise one thing and give you whatever they have available. False advertisement and managers don’t care at all to accommodate the guests.

We stayed in one of the two bedroom villas. It actually had a third room with a bed as well (just no door) which was a nice surprise! The villa was incredibly clean, spacious and beautiful! It does have most of what you need but found a couple things could have been added such as a broom to sweep up after dinner etc. (we did call and ask for one, and they did deliver us a broom) and there were no dish cloths. Other than that, it had everything you need to cook etc. The property is huge, we did not realize how far we would be from the resort area which was okay! There are smaller pools around the villa properties which we used often! The area was so quiet and located in a great spot near shopping such as Target and not a car drive from the Disney Parks! We loved our stay and would come back! (Family of 4 Grandma!)
