"Loved that they had self-service laundry facility right next to the pool area. It included an ironing board/iron. Room was very small. We were there for 5 nights and there was only 2 small drawers and 6 hangers for clothing. Staff was very nice and helpful. Lobby acoustics are terrible; it was incredibly noisy and very hard to speak with the counter staff. Very close to MRT and restaurants."

"This is probably the 4th or 5th time I have stayed here and it checks most boxes usually. Convenient location, good selection of restaurants below the hotel, swimming pool is decent. All in all a good option to stay while in Singapore. "

"Convenient near Changi airport and train stop, great shopping and food selection next door! Itinerary says to contact hotel for late check in after 12:00 midnight. Called multiple times prior to arrival including contacting Hotels.com for assistance to contact hotel with no success. Upon landing in Changi, called hotel and informed me check in is 24/7. Also itinerary says must have Covid card. Both are no longer required and should be removed from hotel instructions! Otherwise, good customer...
