The room is small and they don’t show you pictures of the rooms you would get. The interior looks outdated and no AC when you step outside your room and in the elevator! I would only recommend staying here if you have no other choice. I’m sure there are cheaper and better hotels in the area. The breakfast was standard - no real variety as it was the same everyday. The room (we stayed in the Tower Block) smelled musty, outdated and there’s no bidet. The windows could use a good clean from the outside as they were so dirty. The mat for the bath was mouldy so we just took extra care climbing into the bathtub to shower so as not to slip. Being F1 week, not sure where all the staff were. Overall, a very disappointing stay. It was exacerbated by the appalling service we received at The Waterfall Lounge when we first arrived. The super rude lady advised us after half an hour waiting for only a couple of soft drinks and popcorn chicken, that the payment did not go through, as we used the online order system via QR code. Showed her the email and the order confirmation after she said that it wasn’t in the system. How then did it take money out of our account already?? Just a sorry would have been sufficient. But the lady was still adamant that we were in the wrong. Definitely would not recommend this place. So disappointing after a long day travelling, we were made to feel so little and not heard and not welcomed. Not a very good first impression. I’m just sorry I didn’t catch her name, whoever you are, get some basic customer service lessons!

This is definitely a wonderful stay in a beautiful, cool, clean, fresh hotel. Jasmine, our room cleaner on level 10, was exceptional and such a hard worker. The location was convenient, so close to every activity. Just a short drive from the Airport and we loved the amazing walk along the river to Best world shopping Mall, only two blocks away, which had McDonald’s, Guzman y Gomez, Popeyes, and a bunch of other eating places, as well as a superb supermarket and bakery, and many awesome shops, in a nice cold mall to escape the heat. Our room was spacious and A/C was perfect. We absolutely loved the large pool and all the amenities, especially the 7/11 attached to the hotel. It was such a thoughtful hotel catering to all guest needs. This is the most ideal hotel for travellers, we would definitely stay here again on any future visits. 10/10. Thankyou FURAMA Riverfront.

We kregen een kamer op de 6e etage met uitzicht op de stad. En 2 lossen bedden. Ruime kamer. Hotel ligt op een prima plek, ongeveer 7 min loopafstand van metro station en bushalte. De kamer is schoon. Badkamer is schoon, Wat beschadingingen aan het bad (gedateert). Soms kan het water (douchen) heel heet zijn. Water kouder te zetten werkte niet. Het bleef gloeiend heet.in badkamer lag er douchegel en shampoo in een. 2 tandenborstels, tissues en föhn. Prima bed. Kast met 8 hangers, 2 lades en kluisje. Kast voor je koffers op te bergen. Tv, Waterkoker, koffie, thee, 2 mokken, suiker en melk. Kamers zijn gehorig. Geluiden zoals douchen en als iemand naar toilet gaat dat hoor je heel goed. En als de buren druk zijn en hard praten dan hoor je hun ook. In de algmene gang (op etage) bij de liften liggen strijkplanken en extra handdoeken, toiletpapier, koffie thee etc, die je kan pakken. Lobby: 4 liften, ruime lobby, schoon, dranken automaat, starbucks koffie automaat, achterdoor ook een lobby met uitkijk op een waterpartij. Naast het hotel ligt een kleine supermarkt 7even. En in de omgeving liggen wat restaurantjes. Verder prima hotel! We hebben geen ontbijt genomen helaas kan ik het niet beoordelen.

Das Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist ziemlich Zentral in Singapur und die Metro ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Der 7/11, der sich im selben Gebäude befindet ist zudem außerordentlich praktisch für Snacks und Getränke. Die Zimmer selber waren sauber und das Personal war durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allen unseren Anliegen weitergeholfen. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine feste, aber weiter Palette an Speisen an und ist qualitativ sehr gut. Es werden sowohl Toast und Hervorzuheben ist auch dass man nach dem Aus-checken noch die Annehmlichkeiten, wie den Pool, benutzen kann und man auch kostenlos sein Gepäck sicher in der Lobby abstellen kann, wenn man einen späten Rückflug hat. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen und ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

We thought the hotel itself was nicely decorated an very clean, very helpful staff too. Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty to choose from at a good price.. roughly £8 per person, highly recommended. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk to the nearest MRT. The only downside is the hotel room, we was upgraded to a superior room which we appreciated but I would say it’s only a 3 star…needs a bit of TLC although very clean. I would give this hotel a 4 to 5 star if the rooms were revamped. Overall enjoyed our stay so go ahead and book.

粵語原版（貼合你原本語氣，適合評論平台直接張貼） 今次預訂咗4晚住宿。第一晚入住嘅房間整體十分殘舊，入到房已經聞到霉漬嘅氣味。廁所門殘破，浴缸表面甩漆。靠近門口嘅天花不斷剝落灰塵，燈具同冷氣機更加出現滴水情況。 吃完晚飯返到房間，見到冷氣滴水情況變得非常嚴重，浴室門口嘅地板完全濕透，極容易跣倒，構成安全風險。經理知悉情況之後，即刻安排調房，轉到同一樓層嘅同款房型。 每一次入住房間，我都會自備床蝨同蟲類消毒噴劑噴灑一次，先敢安心留宿。只不過住宿期間，仍然不時見到帶翅膀嘅細小昆蟲周圍飛動。去到第三晚夜晚瞓覺，女兒突然發現有昆蟲喺我身邊爬行，呢個情況實在係首次遇見。 退房當日，我見到兩名工作人員拎住殺蟲藥水逐間房噴灑，相信酒店係會定期進行滅蟲作業。 書面繁體版本（較正式，投訴/意見信適用） 本次預訂4晚住宿。首日入住之房間設施極為陳舊，室內瀰漫霉味。衛浴門體破損，浴缸漆面剝落。靠近門口之天花板持續掉灰，燈具與空調設備皆有滴水現象。 晚餐後返回客房，空調滴水問題變得嚴重，浴室門口地面完全濕潤，容易滑倒，存有安全隱憂。經理察覺狀況後，即時協助調遷至同樓層相同房型。 本人每次入住均自行攜帶床蝨及蟲害消毒噴霧，全面噴灑後才安心入住。惟留宿期間仍不時發現帶翅小蟲飛舞。第三晚夜間休息時，女兒在床上察覺有蟲類於我身旁爬行，係從未遇見之情況。退房當日，目睹兩位員工手持殺蟲藥劑逐房噴施，可見酒店有定期滅蟲程序。 如果你需要英文版本，我亦可以幫你翻譯。

If cleanliness is important to you, definitely do not stay at this hotel. Our studio room was filthy. Dirt and dust along the skirting boards, the kettle was filthy, their was mould in several places in the shower recess, and the way the bed was presented in the placement of the doona gave the appearance that the previous guests had just moved out and left the bed unmade. The doona had an awful smell about it. We forfeited out stay and went elsewhere. The lobby staff were 'half interested' in that they didn't show any real concern. They just asked if we'd given housekeeping 'a chance to fix it'. There's proof they missed the point. DON'T present the room that way in the first place!!!! Incredibly disappointing as the reason we selected this hotel was because of the positive reviews. Still it was worthwhile test for our first stay as we're setting up a 4 day get-a-way as a reward for our 18 staff plus family for later in the year. This is one hotel we'll stay clear of. A great breakfast to start the day. Good restaurants and pool area. Close to transport and other amenities. A fabulous holiday and fantastic value. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time. The rooms were clean and the hotel was close enough to everything for us. Enjoyed the pool and the convenience of a 711 right outside the hotel.

Friendly staff, though you have to ask about amenities. They just check you in. That being said very informative and helpful when asked. Ps 7/11 next door.

Das Hotel ist zwar bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, Liegt aber in einer sehr guten Lage nah an der U Bahn.
