This resort is one of the best we’ve ever visited. The staff is exceptionally helpful and always greets you with a smile. We purchased the VIP package, which included a designated butler, and Eric went above and beyond to make our stay special. Raquel and Miguelita also deserve special mention for their excellent beachside service, always keeping our glasses full. The food at the resort is excellent, and I’m puzzled by any negative reviews about it. The drinks were plentiful wherever we went. The beach is very clean, and the swimming pools are amazing. Our room was nice and clean, with service twice a day, including fresh towels and a restocked minibar. This is our third visit to Punta Cana and our first at Live Aqua. We initially thought this would be our last trip here, but we are already planning our return.

Overall a very pretty resort, love the greenery. Food was “okay” service was okay. Also theres alot of construction happening so be prepared for that. I have had an upset stomach since staying here so be conscious of that. I would probably not return. Pay a little extra and go to Hyatt Ziva much better experience

Man I don’t like to talk bad about things personally. But my experience at Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana has been less then desirable. For the money I paid. I been here since Saturday, and left on a Wednesday. Had my room changed cause it was trash. They upgraded me and that room had blood on the sheets. The door to the patio didn’t work. The room service tried to steal my personal drinking glass. The food is so so at best. The liquor is definitely watered down. The staff friendliness is hit or miss, I sat in the main lobby bar for 45 mins and never got service but other races got service over me the whole time. I had to ask over 3 times to get a drink order. Like overall I seen high marks on this place before I booked so I was hyped But now I can’t wait leave. It’s a definite no for me and my coins.
