"Our experience at the hotel was great! Mini romantic getaway. The staff was awesome! Kind and genuine. Everything was almost perfect, except for: 1. Not receiving the room I had reserved. After the valet guy helped us move in our belongings, he noticed there was no iPad for controlling of the lights (not a big issue). But after following up for us, they then offered us another room that had an iPad and happened to be exactly the room we had been anticipating. I was about to talk to the front...

"Hotel was sufficient for the rates"

"We love that it’s in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the beach. It’s close to the highway. However, I didn’t like that it cost 55 bucks a day to park and its valet only. Also, I had to put down a 500 dollar deposit but it would cover the valet parking. The great part was, staff let us know about a public parking garage directly across the street that was 14 bucks a day. We used it. So, I should get my deposit back. Despite the parking issue, I would definitely stay here again...

"I chose this place without thinking much because it was a last minute trip to Santa Monica and I loved it. It is not 5 stars but it is close to everything I needed and steps from the beach. It has small parking area but the public parking is super close. There is no need to drive much or at all if you stay in the Santa Monica area or even Venice. Everything is within walking distances. In my case I had my electric scooter and it was enough, but there are many places and trucks nearby to rent...
