"Our experience at the hotel was great! Mini romantic getaway. The staff was awesome! Kind and genuine. Everything was almost perfect, except for: 1. Not receiving the room I had reserved. After the valet guy helped us move in our belongings, he noticed there was no iPad for controlling of the lights (not a big issue). But after following up for us, they then offered us another room that had an iPad and happened to be exactly the room we had been anticipating. I was about to talk to the front...

"This is a great space. I was upgraded to a wonderful suite. The staff was very helpful. My one smallish issue is that they do not have a bar. I was visiting my daughter and some of her college friends and we wanted to grab a cocktail after dinner. It would have been great to invite them all back to my hotel hut instead we had to go to a busy bar at another hotel. "

"Hotel was great, staff were excellent and attentive. Had some issues with key access to our room, but eventually got sorted. Room was lovely, felt new and clean - however there was a slight smell in the hall and room. Overall a great stay, would stay here again. "
