This gem of a place was the highlight of our trip to Santa Monica! From start the finish the customer service and warm spirit of the staff & house itself was incredible!! A unique and peaceful stay with amazing breakfast! We will be back as soon as we can 😊

Fantastic B&B

This is a wonderful B&B. The teams was friendly the inn was comfy and clean.and the rooms are great. The breakfast was delicious great variety of fresh fruit baked goods and freshly made dishes and bread.

This place is an absolute delight. It’s situated in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. The interior is really nicely done and the staff are absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was a real treat. 10/10 would stay here again or in one of their other properties.

Room was more like an annex. When asked to switch rooms to the main house the “ concierge “ said because we booked through Expedia they could make no changes and further this individual proceeded to say we were terrible people and he wasn’t going to talk to us. Disappointing

Hotel is located in a very quiet area of Santa Monica with limited dinner options unless you have a car/ Uber ready. Walking distance to the beach, the Inn is an 100+ old remodeled home with very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. Sadly, the second day of our stay they had a plumbing issue and we had no water to take a shower. We had an event to go and the whole ordeal was a huge inconvenience and delayed to our plans. I will have given it 5 stars if they had notified us about the water issue early so, we could have showered early.

I guess an employee didn't show on the first morning there so I didn't get breakfast an the room was very expensive and people raved about the breakfast. I had to go out for coffee and breakfast! I think a room credit is due here. All else was fantastic but this was disappointing to say the least. For a bed and "breakfast"

We had an amazing time here. The breakfast and wine hour are delicious! Compliment to the chef! She takes pride in her cooking. Location convenient to beach and freeway and PCH. Will return.

I rarely write reviews, but Channel Road Inn deserves one. This is one of the few hotels which has made us feel really at home: from Dominique's homemade pear cake and granola, through the rustic charm room to the late afternoon wine and cheese... Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Dominique and team for all the special attention you provide and the love with which you manage your hotel.

The staff at Channel Rd,a Four sisters Inn ,Sante Monica CA were fabulous,accomodating,considerate in the task to ensure that we were totally comfortable. The property was amazing and full of history. Breakfast was delicious as were the snacks and happy hour that we took advantage of at the end of each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet location in santa monica canyon. Beautiful period property with first rate rooms both spacious and well maintained. The hosts are welcoming and strive to make your stay a happy experiance. The only downside is parking, which is tight. However it is free which in SM is unusual. I stayed here last year and raved about it then. This time it did not disappoint.

The hot breakfasts were delicious and the evening wine and cheese was a lovely way to wind down in the evening. My room was quiet and very comfortable. Two very minor complaints, the lock on the front door was very finicky and hard to work. Also I would have liked to have had an electric kettle in my room so I would not have had to go back inside to get hot water for tea before bedtime.

We absolutely loved our stay. Such an incredibly quaint and charming place. We adored the charming b&b. We looked forward to our morning breakfast. It seemed a lot of love and care went into making it and we felt it. The staff was amazingly friendly. With a doubt, we will be back for a longer stay. We were actually sad to leave the property that shows what kind of impression it left on us.

Perfect. Home from home. Hotel is beautifully furnished, our room was fabulous with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. Free cheese, biscuits and wine every afternoon. Home made cookies absolutely delicious. Walking distance from Santa Monica beach - miles of open sand with pacific rollers to play in. Free parking on site. Can’t praise it highly enough.
