My wife and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Channel Road Inn. The inn is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and incredibly welcoming. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the location felt like a quiet retreat while still being close to everything. The breakfast was amazing and a true highlight of our stay. The staff were warm and attentive, making the entire experience effortless and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a couples getaway.

Hotel is located in a very quiet area of Santa Monica with limited dinner options unless you have a car/ Uber ready. Walking distance to the beach, the Inn is an 100+ old remodeled home with very clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. Sadly, the second day of our stay they had a plumbing issue and we had no water to take a shower. We had an event to go and the whole ordeal was a huge inconvenience and delayed to our plans. I will have given it 5 stars if they had notified us about the water issue early so, we could have showered early.

We absolutely loved our stay. Such an incredibly quaint and charming place. We adored the charming b&b. We looked forward to our morning breakfast. Perfect. Home from home. Hotel is beautifully furnished, our room was fabulous with a huge bathroom with jacuzzi bath. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was lovely. I guess an employee didn't show on the first morning there so I didn't get breakfast an the room was very expensive and people raved about the breakfast. I had to go out for coffee and breakfast! I think a room credit is due here. All else was fantastic but this was disappointing to say the least. For a bed and "breakfast"
