An amazing property - unique, interesting, comfortable. A couple blocks from the beach, a couple blocks from 3rd street promenade. Perfect for a weekend away in Santa Monica.

The staff was very unavailable, hard to get in touch with them. The parking situation is weird, they told me they would park my car out front because I had an early morning check out, but I had to pick up my own car in an alleyway while it was still dark (unsafe).

Walk back in time into this historic landmark hotel. No detail is missed from the furniture, wall paper, dishes, and door knobs. It is just a few blocks from the Santa Monica promenade and lots of dining and shopping but still nestled in a quiet residential block. I only wish I could stay longer.

The property is charming and the staff is incredible. Hector was so friendly and helpful during check in. Just his welcoming presence would guarantee a return trip for me.
