Villas in Seminyak

"Villa Kayu Raja is in a good location, but not really walkable to restaurants or the beach, especially at night. The sidewalk ends a bit before the villa, so you’re left walking in the busy street. The villa itself is nice, but I was unimpressed with the private pool. It is very small and the yard itself is deceiving in size from the pictures. Virtually no sunlight comes into the pool area as well, so the pool is a bit chilly and you aren’t able to do any sun tanning. The price is a bit steep...

"The staff at Seminyak Icon were so friendly. The communication was clear and via WhatsApp which made it convenient as an international traveller. The location is great as it’s on a quiet street and away from the hustle and bustle yet an easy walk to the Main Street. The villa is spacious and the pool was a great size. "

"Me and my wife had a wonderful experience staying in the villa. You have a own private pool and you dont have any tall building beside the compound so there’s still some privacy. The staff were all very polite and helpful, very good experience staying with them. Cons: Improve the maintenance of the hotel, saw cracks in the bathroom mirror. The tiles at the pool require cleaning Aircon is not cold"

"We had an excellent time at Yubi Villas, it was close to some of the best restaurant and beach clubs and we found the local massage parlours 5 star. We did experience a little early morning noise from the neighouring establishment but the staff went out of their way to do everything they could to accomodate for us. "The villa is wonderful and has a wonderful design. I did not like the open bathroom and we asked to change the villa to a closed bathroom. Some people may like it. The breakfast is good but limited. The bed is not comfortable in proportion to a five-star rating. In general, the place is wonderful and it is possible for me to visit again."
