"Nice stay in the heart of the theater district of Manhattan. Very convenient as well, next to a subway stop. One suprise was teh hotel's $30 destination fee, and the hotel providing us with a $30 credit to be used for food in the hotel. My family didn't realize that the credit had to be used that night, so we appreciated that the hotel was gracious and allowed the credit to be used for hotel food the following morning. My family would stay here again."

"Stones throw from Times Sq so perfect for a four day theatre visit. Had a 44th floor Deluxe King room, facing south, with a partial view of Times Sq. Huge windows made it bright all day, but there are effective blackout blinds at night and there’s virtually no noise. Pretty spacious for one, spotlessly clean, and the fridge for supplies rather than annoying mini bar gets a thumbs up from me. Nice big bathroom with good strong shower pressure, and - miracle of miracles - the aircon is simple to use, quiet and just works. Minor problem with the coffee machine was instantly fixed with a smile, as were requests for a room clean at 2pm. The courteousness of the staff gives me the feeling this hotel is a happy one to work in, and it reflects back on to the guests. I’ll happily return!"

"The room was spacious. The staff were lovely (they actually checked on us because our "do not disturb" sign was up for several dates. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had what we needed and stayed safe"
