I'm sure this isn't the norm, but we arrived in the city several hours before check-in time and the front desk clerk sent us right up to our room, and there was no additional charge when we checked out. For a New York hotel, the room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Everything was clean and we got a very reasonable rate through Expedia. "This hotel is excellent location for getting to Times Square, MSG, and shopping. The hotel has its own restaurant and bar, and entertainment. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and there is security not so obviously present that secures the premises. This is our 5th stay!"
