Fantastic hotel with a great view of the ESB! Room very clean, rooms are small but that is NY. Friendly and professional staff. Lift wait time can be frustrating, but hey it is what it is. Highly recommended.

The staff were awesome and willing to help with whatever we needed (great service). The rooms were clean and perfect for what we were looking for.
