"We enjoyed the friendly staff throughout our stay. The hotel staff, especially the room service staff, were impeccable. Our room was beautifully cleaned and well maintained each time we left for the day. They neatly arranged our kitchen groceries, bathroom items and perfume/cologne. We loved this hotel very much and highly recommend."

"We stayed at Embassy Suite as a family. It was perfect for our week long vacation, from the close proximity to the beach, the restaurant options, closeness to the streets with tons of shopping locations, etc. The only insignificant negative that I can think of is the wait time for the elevators but any hotel would have the same problem at crowded locations on Waikiki Beach. We would come back to the hotel in the future and would recommend it to other families. "

"Was disappointed to hear loud jack hammering while trying to relax around the pool. Also disappointed we had a nice balcony view of ocean and unable to open window slider to hear the ocean. Also was not aware valet rate is $65 per day! However beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and buffet was delicious. "
