"We stayed at Embassy Suite as a family. It was perfect for our week long vacation, from the close proximity to the beach, the restaurant options, closeness to the streets with tons of shopping locations, etc. The only insignificant negative that I can think of is the wait time for the elevators but any hotel would have the same problem at crowded locations on Waikiki Beach. We would come back to the hotel in the future and would recommend it to other families. "

"Was disappointed to hear loud jack hammering while trying to relax around the pool. Also disappointed we had a nice balcony view of ocean and unable to open window slider to hear the ocean. Also was not aware valet rate is $65 per day! However beautiful hotel, staff were amazing and buffet was delicious. "

"Hotel was well presented and rooms were modern and clean and wifi was fast. Staff were also very polite and eager to assist. Breakfast was also included which was very handy and a good way to start the day. Would definitely stay there again."

"I didn't get the name of the guy working the valet parking on 5.25.24 at check out time- but he was super kind with service, clearly protects the lot and is dependable with follow through, friendly with going above and beyond. Maybe promote this one! I only stayed here one night but the one thing that stood out to me was actually my valet experience since I wanted dependable in and out parking privilege and I really don't usually do valet. The room I had appeared dated and sort of had a damp...
