Everything was really nice, including the view. The pool deck was nice but I was disappointed that it was 14 inches deep at most. Staff was very nice and helpful. We will return to this property when we return to O’ahu!

Everything was fantastic. Staffs were extremely kind and professional. But two things: the pool is so shallow (ankle deep) that any human over 5 years old cannot swim their. Getting out from the 6th floor parking lot needs a very high level driving skill.

The hotel location is amazing very close to all we need, very clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff are all kind and friendly, especially Elaine she helped us find out we forgot clothe in room, very nice and patient made us feel great to stay Hyatt centric! Very conveniently located just off the main strip. The doorman manager was always very pleasant and helpful. The hotel provides towels, chairs and sand toys for guests to take to the beach. Check in was super smooth and the hotel definitely went above and beyond making our daughter’s birthday special. Great experience! Would definitely stay here again.
