"This place is amazing! We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights in May. We were given a conplimentary room upgrade because we were celebrating a special occasion, and we were able to add an extra night into our stay abd stay in the same room. We absolutely fell in love with the place. We were only supposed to stay for 3 nights, but added on an extra night and the staff kindly arranged it so that we could stay in the same room. "Stayed to be close to Bristol airport and also because of online reviews Staff were lovely especially BETTY they packed us up some breakfast as we left early. Restaurant food didn’t live up to online reviews "

"Firstly all clients should be informed about parking, outside car parking is always full and without any space available, if u want you can park inside the hotels yard but u need to pay12£ per night ‘ that’s fine but should be on the website this fee as well . Per total the experience was really nice."

"I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast. The support staff was limited, the pastries were warmed up from frozen, the filter coffee was only warm. Very small selection of fresh fruit, the berries were from a container I guess. Little cheese or cold meat and no fresh individual yoghurts. The hotel is very good and I was very happy with the parking. "
