"Great hotel and location. Big disappointment -the pool was closed all 3 days we stayed at this property. I chose this hotel because of the pool for kids. The staff had no idea when the pool would be reopened and didn’t know what happened to it.The staff offered an option to use the pool at Planet Hollywood hotel, but it was a far walk and that pool was super packed.
