The Hilton Grand Vacations is a great spot. The rooms are spacious and meticulously cleaned. The staff are friendly and helpful. Easy location to the monorai. This is a "club" type accommodation so they do try a little sales pitch when you check in.

We had a nice quiet stay . This hotel is a bit away from the busyness but within walking distance of malls and casinos. The beds were comfortable , the kitchen was handy on those long hot days to come back and make a meal . The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a beautiful hotel with a great pool. The rooms are very well furnished with excellent touches. We were surprised to have a full kitchen with a washer and dryer.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and clean. The check-in is easy, the staff is really helpful and they even have a consierge who texts you to help with anyting you need. The bell men are always available with just a few minutes notice at check out, and you can just text back and forth with the hotel and they even bring your car from the valet after you text them. They really do cater to their customers and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The pools and gym are amazing too with a supermarket and bars. The restaurant upstairs as well has great food, fresh and service is fast. We've been coming here almost every year and will continue. Its one of our favorite resorts. Oh, and its located on Las Vegas Blvd next to everything. All entertainment, other casinos etc.

Great property for family. Perfect location if you want to be on the strip without the traffic of the strip. Great people and service! Pool water was kind of warm and full of sun screen.

Hotel is fine, however the overbearing staff is something I will not forget - after check in, instead of letting us go to the rooms, the host asked us to another desk to get “a special bonus that comes with the reservation”. The bonus was a tour that was being sold to us by a man, who openly manipulated us and lied to us (saying that we cannot talk about the topic later in the day, because he is leaving in 30 minutes - as it turned out, he was there until late in the evening). I do not appreciate being treated this way so I would not recommend this hotel for this reason. I suggest training staff to notice when approaching a guest is a good idea - not when I am handling 3 bags and trying to collect myself after checkout. Of course he did not ask to help or anything, just tried to sell something else.
