This was our second stay at the resort. Our first stay was paid with RCI, we encountered so many issues with filthy dirty, we had a 2 bdrm and both rooms needed to clean and so much more went on. We decided to give it another try and this time I paid cash to go to the hotel. When we arrived, The room was yet again not cleaned all the way our refrigerator was warm and not making ice, the air conditioner was set low by us but would remain the cool never cold. When someone else from another room takes a bath it is so loud in your room it sounds like gushing water is coming from your room. On the 2nd day after we took showers my husband used the blow dryer and was almost shocked literally literally so we called the front desk we let them know that our refrigerator was warm there was no ice and about the blow dryer. They sent maintenance and he said they turned off the water and he just replaced the blow dryer. I made a late breakfast/lunch and when i pulled out the plates they were called on with food i had to washed everything by hand as i needed them right then and there. I complained, nothing was done. On the day of our checkout I let the managers know how upset I wasaid I was and I was told that, Nothing could be done besides a return of my resort fee which I didn't pay one because of my last day, They told me they would not comp me anything anything and that's where it ended. We really thought of buying into the resort but we will not do it now!
