"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days....

"Had a lovely mini break in the Tivoli hotel in April. It is a beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Gorgeous restaurants are a short walking distance away along the coast on either side. The hotel has a very chilled atmosphere with very friendly staff. Played some golf while there which the staff helped organise. Lovely breakfast in the morning and the Beach Club and Guilty restaurant great options. Plenty of room around the pool. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend."

"Wonderful from start to finish! We are already planning our return trip for next year. Hotel staff always on hand to assist, Guest Experience booked our excursions and when we asked if it was possible to move rooms to get the evening sun on our balcony they were very accommodating, as promised the very next morning we moved rooms! "Hotel overall was great. The rooms were a decent size, a safe was included but you had to pay €15 for the week with a €6 deposit. The pool area was a great size, there wasnt any day time music which was a shame this would have made it perfect. The drinks were reasonably priced. The communal areas were amazing, a shame the bars weren’t open within these areas but they were lovely none the less. An added bonus was check out being 12pm. Overall good value for money and would come again!"

"Nice room with soap, shampoo and body wash supplied, it even had an iron. Didn’t like the check-in experience, the staff were totally controlling and you can’t get your room keys until the clock turns 4!!!! There were groups of us waiting in Reception and even ‘dagger stares’ did not work"

"Only marked down on condition due to the property closing mid jan 2023 for 9 month refurb. Definitely looked tired and in need of upgrade. But this didn't detract from our enjoyable stay in clean comfortable freindly hotel in perfect location"

"A family of five- our children are now three young adults for a week, had a very good holiday. Two beaches easy walking distance, lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Good buffet breakfast and very helpful friendly staff. A very relaxed atmosphere and restful. Easy to catch the bus to Siam Park or be picked up to go to the volcano. Pleasant walks around the peninsular to view Los Gigantes. Lovely sea view from the apartment. Shuttle from the airport delivered us to the door. "
