What made it stands out from all other luxury hotels we stayed in the past is the service, reception, pool side, restaurant, snack bar, spa, maid, everyone is so friendly and helpful. "The suites are spacious with generous outdoor space and seating areas. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Common pool area is clean and not crowded. The location is quiet but is close enough to restaurants in La Caleta."

"Este hotel es uno de los mejores hoteles de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Mi ultima estancia fue del 30/5/ al 8/6/23. Las habitaciones y los baños son amplios y muy cómodos aunque alguna de las habitaciones standard necesitan un poco de renovación. Puntos a mejorar es el desayuno creo que la variedad de la comida no es tan buena como antes, como la fruta por ejemplo. La comida del restaurante es buena.
