"Interesting complex of a hotel spread out over a large area with many separate buildings which gave a uniqueness but orientationof getting around was not straightforward, Very hilly. Great grounds and very relaxing good service but could have been more attentive around the pool area."

Food similar each day, but good and does not taste the same (often in all incl I found they used the same oil or something). Great Paella and sea food, great crisp pizza. beer delicious, all incl cocktails out of a machine and too sweet (did not like at all). Unfortunately no views onto the sea from anywhere in the hotel. "

"We waren een beetje teleurgesteld. Er wordt vermeld dat er parking is, maar je moet gewoon een plaats op straat zoeken (zeer moeilijk, want zeer veel geparkeerd auto's). De wifi was op onze kamer (suite De Teide) niet te bereiken, alleen op de benedenverdieping kan je wel op internet. Er werd enorm geboft met het ontbijt. We hebben 3 maal oud brood en oude croissants gekregen. De gastvrouw was wel vriendelijk, maar communiceren is moeilijk omdat ze niet goed Engels spreekt. Ze spreekt wel...
