wow this place is absolutely amazing! from the architecture to the food, to the property itself, pools, staff, views, etc..it's a must see! with a 1 michelin star restaurant and many other exquisites restaurants it did not dissapoint us. A truly wonderful hotel, We had a lovely clean room and a fantastic view overlooking the swimming pool and sea, thank you so so much! I have been returning to this fabulous hotel for many, many years and have always received such a warm welcome and been made to feel incredibly special. A particularly heartfelt thank you to Eli and Patrick in the Casas Ducales who consistently go above and beyond to make every stay memorable, please never leave. Balas’ Daniel and Ziara are also fantastic, so a huge thank you to all of you for making each visit so special. This is certainly my favourite hotel in Europe. The food is fabulous, particularly in the Italian restaurant and the Brasserie. Donald at the Italian is always so friendly and welcoming, making you feel completely at home. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We always look forward to returning!

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Del Duque. Francisco greeted us upon check-in, and totally took care of us, making sure we got a room on a high level. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with all the amenities. They even brought me a feather pillow!! The spa was so nice, and my 90-minute massage with Nuu was amazing!! There are so many pools to choose from, and the drinks were tasty! Fernanda was a delight in the piano bar, and the entertainment was great! Our favorite meal was at La Trattoria. We also had a nice meal at La Brasserie!! The property is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous foliage everywhere!!! We highly recommend this hotel!!

Staff and grounds are superb.lovely looks and seating areas with the hotel and grounds..major issue is with air conditioning within our room. It was showing as active on the controllers but it did cool the room in any way. The ceiling fan just disturbs the air..they really need to upgrade this AC..Also the lack of onside restaurants you cannot use due to long trousers the dress code is unreal..in this heat,with no AC in the restaurants is madness. We had our evening meals off site which amounted to well over 2000+ euros..revenue the hotel could have secured but let walk out to other venues. Would I return..maybe. That room AC though might be the deciding factor.

Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, restaurants, especially restaurant NUB. Dining here is an experience that we will remember for a very long time. We had an amazing time during our 9 days stay in the hotel. Also the staff is very attentive and friendly. We (2 adults) arrived tired after an intensive period of working and we left completely rested and relaxed. Thank you for an awesome time at your beautiful hotel.

From the moment the bus dropped us at gate the service began as it’s a very vast property they use buggy’s to take you around if finding it difficult to walk. There was always somewhere to sit by any of the 3 pools or cabanas on the grass. Easy access to beach as well in all an amazing hotel with superb restaurants.

Hotel itself and grounds are beautiful, it is not elderly-friendly so be aware before you travel. The view from the rooms is beautiful. There are many steps and winding walkways to get anyway, you can take a golf buggy to get around to drop you off near the beach entrance. Unfortunately, we were not informed that the main pool would be closed for the entirety of our stay - this was hugely disappointing. There was also a lack of staff in the spa so you could not have certain treatments. The spa itself is lovely and walking around the grounds. The rooms do need an upgrade and be wary of the bugs in the bathrooms - there are tiny bugs in the bathroom everywhere. We had 2 rooms and they were in both. We also had a faulty shower which flooded our room, a technician came to visit but didn’t fix anything. Room service food and breakfast are terrible, the food quality is awful. Upalupa restaurant is great if you want to eat here. Overall - 3/4 out of 5 stars.

This is an extraordinary place. The breakfast is as amazing as I ever had. 8 restaurants each with different menu and Kensei is world class. The staff is remarkable and the setting where the is both pools and a beach is perfect for kids. Lots of kids. Great vacation!

Lovely grounds and staff. Plenty of options for dinner at the hotel and nearby. Pool areas were all very nice. Hotel is right on the beach which was perfect for our son during the day and strolling at night.
